We use the deposit to pay any outstanding payroll/fees and refund the remainder promptly.

About the Owner

Taylor has worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years. After leaving Agero in 2022, he saw an opportunity to help towing companies stay competitive by providing quality outsourced dispatchers. Outsourcing is certainly not new, but none of the outsourcing companies hire specifically for the towing industry. We've seen the poor results of that especially with Agero dispatchers. Taylor sought to change that by offering outsourced dispatchers that are dedicated to each client (not an answering service), have the skills to be successful in the role, and are affordable.As clients have come onboard, that endeavor has expanded to include hiring Americans (in addition to outsourced talent), offering fast tracked training, and providing consulting on a case by case basis.
